What "EU coverage" actually means
TenderStack draws on Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), the EU's official journal supplement, which carries above-threshold notices for all 27 member states. On top of that, it ingests national portals where most below-threshold activity lives:
- Netherlands — TenderNed (all Dutch tenders, including national)
- Belgium — e-Procurement / Bulletin der Aanbestedingen (BDA), including below-threshold
- Germany — oeffentlichevergabe.de, including below-threshold
- France — BOAMP, tenders and awards
That combination matters: the highest-volume, least-contested opportunities are often the smaller, below-threshold contracts that never reach TED. Aggregators that only mirror TED miss them entirely.
Above and below threshold, in one search
EU rules require contracts above set value thresholds to be advertised EU-wide on TED. Everything below those thresholds is handled nationally. TenderStack searches both layers at once, so a single query — "open IT-services tenders in the Benelux this month" — returns both the headline EU-wide notices and the local below-threshold work.
Semantic search across 24 languages
You shouldn't have to translate your business into CPV codes.
